WHO WE ARE

PTS Solutions has been developing justice system software for over ten years. In 1988, we introduced our first DOS-based court module and soon followed its success with police records, jail and booking packages. A Windows-based Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and a Fire Package were added in the mid-1990s. Our current distributions are entirely Windows-based products.

Over 100 clients are currently using PTS Solutions products in Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Arkansas, Missouri, Indiana, Texas and West Virginia. Among these are Municipal Police Departments, Courts, Prosecutors, Marshals and Fire Departments, as well as County (Parish) Law Enforcements Agencies, District Attorneys, Correctional Facilities and Communication Centers.

Whether you are interested in a single module or the entire safety package, we have the program to fit your agency's needs. Many safety programs on the market today require multiple employees to insert identical information into their system. Our program's seamless flow of information means your agency will have the ability to import and export information from one module to another. Data can be placed into the system only once, resulting in a savings of both time and money.
