SUPPORT

PTS Solutions, Inc. provides customer support to our clients on both a 8x5 and 7x24 basis. Clients can call our toll free support line at 1-888-377-2525, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Calls after hours are directed to our on-call customer support personnel. All calls are logged into our Computer Aided Dispatch system for assignment to customer support and tracking. Calls requiring escalation are handed to the assigned project manager.

MAINTENANCE

PTS software comes with maintenance and support for one year. All clients are required to have remote support capability through pcAnywhere and a dial-up or Internet connection. The customer support center connects to the client system for any maintenance. Clients can obtain a software maintenance agreement for coverage after the first year. Maintenance includes updates to the software.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All PTS products are guaranteed to be supported for at least three years from date of last manufacture.
